RENTAL- GENERAL CONDITIONS

Length of stay     

From Saturday to Saturday, minimum 1 week
2 weeks minimum for the Christmas-New Year period
      

Price     

All inclusive: rental, laundering of a set of household linen available in accommodation, cleaning, tourist tax, VAT and cancellation insurance premium in the event of force majeure.
      

Payment     

50% after signing the contract, by way of a deposit to secure the reservation,
50% not later than 15 days before the start of the contract
Payment in EUROS taken at the exchange rate on the day of receipt.
      

Deposit    

CHF 200.- to CHF 600.- depending on the type of accommodation, payable when collecting the keys,
from which will be deducted telephone calls and the cost of damage, if any balance repayable not later than 3 weeks after vacating the premises
      

Keys    

Keys collected from the agency - Arrival 4pm - Departure 9am
